Supporting Equity in Our Schools
Seattle Public schools has the 5th largest opportunity gap in the country. We can close this gap by creating educational environments that support educators professional development, create equitable policies and provide accessible and culturally responsive curriculum.
Ensuring Pathways to Success for All
For all students to succeed, we must create learning environments that are safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all.
When every student is included and engaged in their learning environment, all students benefit. Molly currently works to reduce the barriers for students furthest from educational justice as the Director of Student Support Programs at Seattle Central College.
Increasing Community Collaboration
As a parent and community organizer, Molly knows that the educational success of our students relies on strong relationships between the School Board, educators, families, community organizations, and local agencies. As a School Board Director
she will work to strengthen these relationships ensuring transparency and accountability.
